We recommend pre-booking tickets online to guarantee entry and a better experience. Tickets are non-refundable; however, we offer to reschedule for free up to 24 hours prior to arrival if plans change.

Upon purchasing your ticket, you must register for a digital boarding pass. You must present the boarding pass at check-in to be permitted entry.

Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to enter. Tickets are required for all visitors age 3 and up. Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and all children must be closely supervised by their accompanying adult to ensure their safety.

Please note that our experience contains strobe-like effects, loud sounds, darkness, smoke, and flashing projections and may not be suitable for epilepsy-sensitive individuals.

Commercial photography, product shoots, press interviews, and media shoots are prohibited without advance approval from TELEPORT.

With the current COVID-19 measures enforced by the government, all visitors are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing throughout the whole experience.
